On May 19, 2016, New Development Group signed a contract with Marriott Group to establish the first Hotel with the brand of Fairfield By Marriott in China named Fairfield by Marriott Shanghai Jing’an. The hotel is located in No.1500, Gong He Xin Road, Shanghai.
