項(xiàng)目位于臨港自貿(mào)區(qū)新片區(qū)大葉公路、申杰路口， 總建筑面積27萬m²，其中包括文體中心、活動(dòng)中心、美食中心與健康中心在內(nèi)的6.5萬m²的綜合配套設(shè)施，以及16萬m²的精裝公寓，每套居住面積在50 m²—150 m²。
項(xiàng)目一期（約20萬平米）已于2020年6月正式開工興建，將于2022年6月建成入住。

‘East Shanghai • Joyful Community' is a comprehensive, ultra-large scale, upmarket aged care community, which is building and operating by 2 wholly-owned subsidiaries of our group: Shanghai Qiongge Electronic Technology Development Co., Ltd. and Shanghai Jingxian Aged care Service Co., Ltd.
The project is located at the intersection of Daye Road and Shenjie Road, in LIN-GANG Pilot Free Trade Special Area of Shanghai. The gross floors area is 270,000 m², with 65,000 m² of comprehensive supporting facilities including a Cultural and Sports Center, an Event Center, a Food Center and a Health Center, And 160,000 m² of well-furnished apartments for residents, with the living area of 50 m²-150 m² each.
First phase project (around 200,000 m²) has started construction in June 2020 and will be completed in June 2022.
The project also cooperates with third-class hospital in Shanghai in order to set up a general hospital. It also cooperates with a well-known Japanese nursing service public company to provide professional services in the nursing home for the residents. furthermore, 100 acres of ecological farm is provided. The perfect combination of ‘medical treatment, nursing care and continuing care' will lead the development of CCRC (Continuing Care Retirement Community) in China.
The grand scale, complete supporting facilities, high-end positioning and specialized services of ‘East Shanghai • Joyful Community' will be of help to establish a new benchmark of aged care communities in Shanghai and surrounding areas.
